In second quarter 2000 Concord announced the release of Live Health, an addition to its flagship

eHealth solution suite that expands Concord's real-time capabilities with intelligent alarm management. Live Health is the first and only solution to combine real-time analysis with historical context, resulting in a smart approach to alarm management that reduces alarm "noise" in the NOC. Live Health enables large service providers to respond to only those problems that are truly significant, speeding their Mean-Time-to-Repair. Live Health allows customers to quickly and easily see where and when they are likely to experience potential outages or performance slow-downs, commonly known as "brownouts," before they impact critical services. Today, brownouts are one of the most difficult service conditions to identify and often go unnoticed. Left unattended, brownouts can be detrimental to a service provide's reputation.
