Step 1.
We research your target audience, their profile, how & where are they likely to receive the e-mail (at home, in the office, on a blackberry, etc). If required, we work with our specialist data sourcing department to research and provide a double opted-in database of e-mail addresses (from sources such as Friends Reunited) with details enabling personalisation of the e-mail.
Step 2.
Once we know the target audience, a clear framework for the creative design process is in place enabling E-creation to design an effective e-mail marketing campaign that does more than just look good. We incorporate clever creative elements such as animated GIFs, highly noticable personalisation and well constucted content.
Step 3.
The ultimate goal is to get the potential customer to 'do something', with with a clear 'landing point' for them to visit. E-creation can design & develop a 'landing page' for your existing website or a separate 'microsite' (a small 4 to 6 page website). Our video development department can create a short corporate video for as little as £2,750 to put onto your microsite or if a more interactive experience is required, our Flash design department can create a Flash game or tool (click here to see our tool for 3com).

Step 4.
Using either an e-mail marketing database provided by yourselves or a data list from our specialist e-mail data sourcing department, the marketing e-mails are delivered and detailed reporting provided on number of e-mails opened, links followed, soft e-mail address bounces (people on holiday, etc) & list unsubscriptions (opt outs).

Royal Bank of Scotland Marketing E-mail Case Study
The RBS marketing e-mail campaign built around the concept of 'your credit card all ready'. E-creation designed & programmed a marketing e-mail template that enabled the e-mail distribution software to personalization of the credit card for each and every e-mail recipient, using mail merge functionality to display the recipient’s name in the graphic of the credit card, creating the illusion of the credit card being 'your credit card all ready'.
