CD-ROM Case Study

When developing multimedia for the world’s leading organisations, E-creation works through a specific series of steps in order to ensure that the most innovation & engaging multimedia products are developed. For example, when developing City & Guilds CD-ROM and exhibition materials, our first step after agreeing the design style, was to create a clear story board:

The CD-ROM was developed using a series of Flash movies held together by a ‘master’ player created in Director (which is more technically capable than Flash but can play Flash files). E-creation then converted the CD-ROM into a HTML5 / CSS 3 multimedia application to ensure tablet and mobile device compatibility for City & Guilds, even when developing CD-ROM based products.

To ensure usage by recipients of the CD-ROM, E-creation were asked to develop high impact packaging and produced several transparent packaging ideas that incorporated diacromatic stickers for maximum impact with a low manufacturing unit cost.

FluencyVoice Interactive Presentation Case Study

One notable example of our innovation work was within interactive presentations for Fluency Voice, where we developed a groundbreaking presentation driven by voice control. For Fluency Voice, RevOps was core to the creation of AI powered interactive sales agents to replace physical agents, offering 24hr support at a lower cost with enhanced ‘brand aware’ communications.

3COM Case Study

Online & iPad based interactive multimedia sales tools

E-creation created a multimedia interactive presentation tool to allow 3Com to accurately analyse customer requirements without the need for technical expertise anywhere in the sales chain.

The ‘Netfigurator’ tool enables field sales representatives to input customer requirements on-site, work out if newly released products provide a more effective technical solution by accessing 3com’s online product database to recommends the most appropriate 3Com products. The presentation then generates visual diagrams to help the customer visualise their computer network and references product sheets held in PDF format on their Internet site.
