RevOps in the wild. E-creation used RevOps applied creatively for a large professional services corporation to delight prospective and existing customers, leveraging a ‘smart’ beverage dispenser (which was highlighted as a unique business USP*).

By integrating RevOps into the earliest stage of customer procurement processes (using web forms, AI agents & voice recognition software), the client was able to discreetly capture a small but important piece of customer information – their favourite beverage. For customers visiting the website to find out more about the business, they are ‘magically’ treated to a virtual beverage online (with over 25 different bespoke animated beverages created). The personalised experience is further enhanced when the beverage dispenser to react to clients arrival (using appointment scheduling) to office geography to prepare their personal favourite drink, so it’s ready as they walk through the door.
